Elite Journey Cartagena provided phenomenal concierge service to us during our stay in Cartagena and Bocagrande. Christian, Jesse, Jose, Andres, and Randy were excellent with making sure we arrived safely to our destination and back. Their suggestions and attentiveness exceeded our expectations. Thoughtful, kind, protective and genuine...with a whole lot of fun. We truly love Elite Journey like our family and can't wait for the next time we visit.

Maty and her entire team did a fabulous job hosting our girls trip. We stayed 5 days in Cartagena & had the absolute best time because of EJC. Even when plans were changed, Maty & her team knew how to pivot and accomodate us to still enjoy our vacation. If you are travelling with a group whether big or small you MUST use EJC. You will not regret it!! Anytime I go to Cartagena, I would book EJC every single time. The best recommendations for restaurants, excursions, & transportation. 10/10!!! Thank you Maty and EJC for everything.

The service was AMAZING! The ceo Maty was very hands on and attentive. She answered every question in a timely manner and provided excellent recommendations. We never had to worry about Ubers for our trips because we got the package that included a driver picking us up. Whenever we went out someone from her team met us there which was super helpful considering we didn’t speak Spanish. Honestly 11/10. I had an amazing trip, I loved Cartagena and when I return I will be using this service again. I couldn’t recommend more

Our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and a huge part of that was thanks to EJC, who was truly an exceptional concierge. They went above and beyond to make everything effortless for us. We didn’t have to wait in a single line — not once. Every detail was handled seamlessly, and it genuinely made the entire day feel luxurious and stress‑free. EJC also chose an incredible private chef and restaurant for us, and it was 10/10 in every way — the atmosphere, the service, the food… everything was perfect. It felt like they knew exactly what we would enjoy. We had Cristian as one of our Host, and he made us feel like family, his energy was exactly what we needed to make our days unique. If you’re thinking about booking, do it and consider yourself lucky. They made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
